我国影视企业融资影响因素研究——以华人天地公司为例

 

摘  要

 

伴随着国内改革开放进度的延伸，国内影视行业在更深入地融入到经济全球化的同时，亦遭受着前所未有的来自于世界影视市场的沉重压力。所以，使国内影视行业难以进步的要素之一——资金匮乏的难题已然受到了大量学者的重视，对于影视产业融投资问题进行研究分析，不但能够解决电影产业融资难的问题，亦有助于对外宣传我国的文化产业，增加资源配置的效率。

本文以影视企业为具体研究对象，对其融资的影响因素进行研究和分析，并以华人天地影视公司为具体研究案例对其融资及其影响因素进行深入的探讨和剖析，最终提出相应的建议和策略。

本研究认为影视企业的信用等级、信息透明度以及金融融资环境对其融资有重要影响，重点从提升信用等级，增强影视企业信息透明度，以及植入保险机制这几个层面入手，给予相应的建议和意见。同时，本文还认为要改善影视企业融资困境，还需完善影视产业基金，以及建立影视企业联盟融资合作机制来进一步改善。

This paper takes film and television enterprises as the specific research object, and studies and analyzes the influencing factors of its financing. The Chinese Tiandi Film and Television Company conducts in-depth discussion and analysis of its financing and its influencing factors for specific research cases, and finally puts forward corresponding suggestions and Strategy.

This study believes that the credit rating, information transparency and financial financing environment of film and television enterprises have an important impact on their financing.
